WE ARE TETRA

Tetra Sports and Fitness is our new business formerly known as TetraBrazil/TinyTykes MidHerts. We are proud to be Ofsted registered and all our staff hold Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and SEND training.

Our ever-popular Tykes and Football sessions continue but we have now introduced fitness sessions with our expert physical training instructor, Coach Renan.

Tetra Football offers children authentic South American-based coaching, focusing on the best techniques and tactics to develop their skills. We have been running for over 10 years in Hertfordshire and have grown our business due to the high demand for professional football training with a unique angle on South-American based coaching. This is all delivered by our professionally trained coaches.

We also run a wide range of after school activities including Dodgeball, Multisports and football at primary schools and pre-schools across Welwyn Garden City and our very popular Ofsted registered holiday club provision alongside birthday parties and discos!

All sessions are played to Samba music to help with quick feet, balance, and agility.

Our staff, led by the incomparable Coach Neil, are all qualified, experienced, DBS checked and Paediatric First Aid trained. We have also undertaken additional specific training in Safeguarding and SEND

About

Our TetraTykes sessions are for children aged 18 months to 7 years old. These classes were created by childcare experts to introduce children to basic football skills. We run sessions for 2 age groups; Cubs sessions are for ages 18 months–4 years; Lions sessions are for children aged 4–7 years. At our fun-filled classes, football skills are taught and developed through football games, activities and stories which help develop a wide variety of key skills including:

Balance, Agility and Co-ordination
Technical Skills
Motor skills
Physical development
Social skills
Self-confidence
Communication
Teamwork
